First of all I want to thank you for the payment and for the amazing support I received from you regarding Mischief's illness, you people really care and it makes such a difference.
You really feel for the animals that you insure and that makes your company so fantastic. I have recommended you to all my friends.
We still don't know what is wrong with Mischief but she is doing ok and looking much better, however, she still has to put on weight she has lost 5 kg and putting it back very slowly even though we are giving her supplements.
I will keep you informed of her progress and you have shown a great interest in her and I am sure you will want to know how she is doing.

Thanks for the message below. It reminded me to send in Chaka�s final claim. I had to let him go on 19 June 2009 due to paralysis from his degenerative myelopathy.
Thank you for your support and for helping so much with all his bills. I wouldn�t have been able to keep him alive for nearly 2 amazing years after his diagnosis without your help.
Devonté had a knee operation quit recently, and for the first time I actually submitted a claim for the operation procedures and medication. To my amazement, the staff of Petsure was so friendly and helpful, and the day they received the claim I received a call to indicate that they have received my claim; I thought that this was just to inform me of the fact that they received the call, but they actually cared as well. The lady asked me all about how Devonté is doing and whether he has recuperated well.
I really believe that Petsure is a very valuable policy to have for any new (pet) member of the family, they do really go the extra mile for their clients, and ones claim gets settled within a couple of days. Thank you so much to all staff that assisted us through this, we really do appreciate it.

I just want to quickly tell you how good PETSURE is and the good service that I received from them so far.
Tibbie (Choppie as some people named her) was bitten by another dog and I had to rush her to the vet for a few stitches that
cost me
R 704.00. Received the invoice and had to insert a microchip otherwise the claim would not be paid.
Of the R 704.00 that I paid, I received back R 556.67, so the stitches actually cost me R 147.33 and she had to stay over in

Dear Friends ,
My heart is very much broken about Tokkelos who will no longer be in our home.
Never knew I could shed so many tears on a Friday afternoon ( and the whole weekend for that matter !! )
We submit the claim , I have not even checked the policy to see if it is covered , although I reckon it should be.
Obviously we will no longer need the insurance after this ,
I�m not getting another dog immediately ,
because I will just compare him to Tokkelos.
How do I go about to cancel the policy ?
Please be assured that when I get my new dog some day ,
Petsure will be the 1st to know ,
because your service is excellent ,
and all you guys are so friendly and helpful ,
so I will immediately take out Petsure again.

I would like to compliment the admin people of Petsure for their consistent rapid response to claims I submit (not many thankfully!). Getting insurance for my dog Gemma was one of sensible things I have done and I always recommend it to my friends. It is said that insurance is a grudge payment but I will never regret doing it for the peace of mind it brings. Thank you!! I think Petsure is a must for every Horse/Pet Owner it definitely pays off to have such peace of mind and you guys are super efficient and very user friendly from Claim form to refund!
